I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the absence of air conditioning in the room made it a bit uncomfortable on a hot summer night. The location was perfect for exploring Nottingham city center, although there was some noise from a party on the ground floor in the evening. The dining experience was excellent, with delicious meals served in the hotel bar, although it was a bit pricey without breakfast included.

I enjoyed a lovely spacious room with a clean and comfy bed. The bathroom was spacious but near noisy extractor fans. The lack of AC made it uncomfortable on a hot summer night.

The staff were generally friendly and accommodating, especially Katie on reception who was very helpful. However, there was an unpleasant incident involving a loud argument with another guest, which was unprofessional.

The hotel is in a prime location at the heart of the Lace Market, with a delightful view and friendly staff ready to assist. The rooms are lovely, well-equipped, and very comfortable, although morning traffic noise can be a downside. The dining experience is cooked to order and enjoyable, but cold food was an issue. The hotel facilities are convenient, offering quality accommodation at a suitable price point.
